[*] Fixed page loading status freezing in Chromium.
[*] Fixed the operation of SMS services.
[*] Fixed setting "gzip, deflate, br" values to the CEF browser's AcceptEncoding header.
[*] Fixed the problem with decoding pages in the CEF browser; now the zstd algorithm is forcibly excluded from AcceptEncoding, because the browser does not support it.
[*] Fixed display of the installed proxy in the ProjectMaker for the CEF browser.
[*] Fixed display of page loading timeout in the ProjectMaker for the Chromium browser.
[*] Fixed restarting the browser in the ProjectMaker by clicking the "Restart" button, if the launched browser used the profile folder, and the open project doesn't use the browser at all.
