General information

Schedule Planner is an updated ZennoPoster 7 tool that allows you to fine-tune and automate the execution of projects on a schedule.

Schedule Planner Features:

  1. Creation of simple schedules with one-time execution of tasks (example 1).

  2. Creation of complex schedules taking into account time intervals, attempts and their repetitions (example 2, 3, 4).

  3. Debug schedules to make sure everything runs as intended.

Regardless of the complexity of the required schedule, task scheduling in ZennoPoster 7 is available to any user with any skill level. The sequence of interface elements makes the process of scheduling clear and logical.

Example 1

Execute the project 1 time tomorrow at 12:30.

Example 2

Execute the pattern every day from 10:00 to 15:00 a maximum of times with a pause between executions of 10 minutes.

Example 3

Run the project every day from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 19:00, repeating it every 20-40 minutes and adding from 1 to 7 attempts.

Example 4

Execute the project every Tue, Wed, Thu from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, randomly distributing 50 repetitions of the project execution over the specified interval.

How to get started with the scheduler?

  1. By default, the scheduler is disabled

  2. First, set up the schedule how you want the template to run

  3. After - check if the settings are correct

  4. Then move the slider to the “Enabled” position

Keep in mind that if there are errors in the schedule settings, they will be highlighted with a red frame, and the enable function will be inactive.

Scheduler menu

Prior to version 7.2.1.0, the Menu was under the Enable button. Starting from 7.2.1.0 Menu has been moved to the upper right corner of the Schedule tab.

  • Copy - copy the project schedule;

  • Paste - insert the project schedule;

  • Load - upload a file with schedule settings;

  • Save - save the file with schedule settings;

  • Display log - show the history of adding attempts by the scheduler;

  • Schedule debugger - start the task schedule debugger. Calculates the approximate time to complete tasks.
