If there is no geo base on your computer, ZennoPoster will not be able to perform some actions. You can check the availability of the database along the way:

%appdata%\ZennoLab\ZennoBox\7\Data\GeoLite2-City.mmdb for ZennoBox-7
If you do not have the database file, or you think that it is damaged or outdated, you can update it yourself. To do this, you need:
Register on the website https://www.maxmind.com
Go to your personal account
3. Click Download files and select GeoLite2 City in binary format, click Download GZIP
4. Unzip the downloaded archive and put GeoLite2-City.mmdb in the desired path (examples of paths are given at the beginning of the article). The file name in the desired path must be strictly GeoLite2-City.mmdb
