If the spreadsheet is large, then it can take a long time to load. If you select the Never load third-party changes during operation mode, the program will only send data, without trying to compare local data and data in the cloud, in other words, the program will not waste time and computer resources on this.
Disabling synchronization can be useful, for example, when parsing data, when you do not need the actual data in the spreadsheets.
