To access the private parts of the forum, you need the "Client" status, which can be obtained by any user who has one of the licenses:
Create a forum account.
In your Personal Account, go to the Profile section
Enter the login from the forum and confirm that it is correct. Forum login can only be linked once!
Make sure you have been assigned a customer status on the forum
